COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data processed for “soft spam” activities are kept, in relation to this specific purpose, for 24 months from the purchase on the basis of which the information is sent.
The processing of personal data necessary for the mailing list involves the use by Upset of the email address provided for this purpose and the indication of its sector of belonging for a period of 24 months starting from the registration to the relative service. After this deadline, unless a new consent has been issued, the email address will be deleted from the mailing list and no further promotional communications will be sent by Upset.
OPPOSITION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA / WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Nel 2022 Upset ha scelto la realtà di Roots per il progetto di comunicazione annuale.
Roots è una realtà sociale nata dall’idea di Caroline Rossi e la Chef Jessica Rosval per dare la possibilità a donne rifugiate in Italia di poter imparare il mestiere della cucina e provare ad avere un futuro lavorativo nel paese.
Cinefood, assieme al supporto dell’agenzia Wabisabi, ha realizzato un documentario e uno shooting fotografico che raccontassero l’attività a 360°.
Grazie alla produzione di Reporter Gourmet la nostra troupe ha raccontato attraverso video e foto il tour italiano della Franceschetta58: Modena (con lo Chef Marco Ambrosino e i ragazzi di Retrobottega) e Firenze (con lo Chef Simone Caponnetto).
Altromercato nel 2020 decise di realizzare il suo primo prodotto manifesto: il caffè. Un prodotto unico nel suo genere ricco di una grande cultura. Per poter raccontare al meglio il prodotto viene predisposta una campagna di comunicazione ideata dal Paolo Iabichino.
A Cinefood viene richiesto di realizzare video e foto della filiera del caffè in Nicaragua.
Grazie alla grande potenza emotiva del racconto e alle immagini realizzate nel 2022 Altromercato e Upset vincono il primo premio Mediastars nella sezione “No profit”.

Ogni anno Upset srl decide di dedicare un progetto di comunicazione gratuito ad un’attività che lavora nel settore sociale o fairtraide con lo scopo di donare le capacità del proprio team per raccontare storie che senno non potrebbero essere narrate.
Nel 2020 l’azienda ha deciso di raccontare il ristorante dello Chef Yoji Tokuyoshi: Bentoteca. Una realtà nata con lo scopo di fornire pasti caldi ai medici che lottavano contro il covid all’interno delle terapie intensive di Milano.
Chef life nasce dallo scopo di voler raccontare storie di grandi chef che oggi giorno stanno disegnando la storia della gastronomia italiana ed internazionale.
Abbiamo realizzato le video ricette per il Molino Naldoni assieme al loro tecnico Piero Asaro, esperto pizzaiolo. Le video ricette sono state realizzate all’interno dello spazio demo del Molino.
